Aslan is the name given to an Aracadian lord of great power who is notable for his firm belief that he is the only "Good" member of The Gentry. He is appears as a talking lion and claims to be wise, compassionate, and a benevolent guide to the humans who "visit" his lands, called "Narnia". He is a fairly inactive keeper, preferring to let his "visitors" find their own way around his kingdom (over the course of years while they transform into animals, plants and other natural changeling kiths) under the belief that eventually they will come to worship him as their savior. Despite this inactivity with his own servants, he is an active participant in The Other Wars, fighting Mab in particular.
Minions and Slaves[]
Changelings taken by Aslan fall into two categories: Wanderers and Followers. Wanderers are constantly looking for a way out of Narnia, back to the mortal world. Followers become the worshipful believers in Aslan and seek to appease him. His changelings take many many forms including Talking Beasts, Centaurs, Fauns, Dryads, Dwarfs, Satyrs, Naiads, Hamadryads, Mermaids, Silvans, Unicorns, and Winged Horses.
