The Sun Banishers are a secretive entitlement within the Winter Court, acting as bodyguards and defenders of the courts highest ranking members and their secrets. When they take their oaths they give up their mouths, though this does not eliminate their ability to speak in short, stunted sentences. Their powers and privileges are unknown. In keeping with their court ethos, the Banishers cannot make an aggressive action (they cannot initiate an attack on anyone) and are bound to hold to defensive actions unless they are provoked.
